CUSTOMER SERVICE/ E- COMMERCE OFFICER

Job Descriptions

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Managing the work of account executives
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account management team
  • Make sure the operation run smoothly
  • Completing administrative work as required

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
  • Language Required: Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, Thai, (English Language is a must
  • Highly Numerate and with CS Experience
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Lottery Account Management and e-gaming industry is an advantage
  • MS Excel proficient
  • Highly trainable
  • Fresh Graduates are invited to apply

TRI7 Working Conditions

Expats and Locals Probationary Employment

Probationary employment for Expatriates shall not exceed three (3) months from the date the employees started working unless it is covered under agreement stipulating a longer period. The department Manager upon Probationary evaluation may extend probationary period 1 to 2 months period.
Probationary employment for locals shall not exceed six (6) months from the date the employees started working, unless it is covered by an apprenticeship agreement stipulating a longer period.
A probationary employee is hired to fill a regular position in the Company but must undergo a trial and training period, during which he must prove to the Company, and the Company will determine whether or not he is qualified for regular employment.

Official Working Days and Hours

The regular working days for all Operations Personnel are from Mondays to Sundays, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. With two (2) days off. Regular working hours is nine (9) hours, with Meal Break (s), and staggered breaks for respite from work. Working schedules are per operations team/department’s scheduling.

Polo Shirt, (Smart Casual) closed shoes.

Spoken Languages

English, Chinese Mandarin, Filipino, Bahasa Indonesia, Malaysia and Thai.
